You may request for a new FAME password via your Financial Advisory Representative or download the
password request form
and email it to us at sgclientservice@fameplatform.com.
Alternatively, you can also use the Forgot Password feature on the login page.
FAME password request forms that are received after 4.00pm will only be processed on the next working day.

If you forgot your login ID or password, you can retrieve them via the “Forgot Login ID / Password” link on the
login page.
You will be prompted to enter your IC number (that was used during account opening) for verification.
After clicking on the “Verify” button, your security question will be displayed. Enter your answer in the field and
proceed to click on the “Submit” button.
Your new login ID and/or password as requested will be sent to you via a secured medium.
If you cannot remember your Security Question and/or Answer, you may request for a new FAME password via
your Financial Advisory Representative or download the
password request form
and email it to us at sgclientservice@fameplatform.com.

You will receive emails from CISCO Registered Email Service containing your Login ID and Password if you have
selected the email delivery mode.
Opening the attachment in the email will direct you to the CISCO RES website. Follow the instructions on screen
to retrieve your login details.

FAME Login ID and Password is only issued to the main applicant of the account. We currently do not have a
separate login for the join applicant.
